McCollister’s Transportation Group Relocates to Clarion Partners’ Horizon Pointe Park

McCollister’s Transportation Group has relocated its Atlanta-area base to Suwanee, occupying the entire 168,584-square-foot Building 100 of Clarion Partners’ Horizon Pointe Park. Located 40 miles northeast of Atlanta and two miles from Interstate 85, this front-load facility features 32 foot clear heights, 60 foot loading bays, 33 dock doors and 16 levelers. It is equipped with ESFR sprinkler systems and 87 parking spaces.
Lee & Associates Executive Vice President & Principal Joseph Mullican along with NAI President Scott Mertz brokered the lease on behalf of McCollister’s Transportation Group.
Industrial sector demand remains high despite rising interest rates; nationally rent is up 7.1 percent year over year while Metro Atlanta’s rental growth was at 7.3 percent in March 2019 according to recent reports .
