Michael Trail, principal and CIO of MCB Real Estate, LLC, has been elected to the board of directors for NAIOP Maryland. This trade association represents the interests of the commercial real estate industry and boasts over 400 members in its Maryland chapter. As an experienced leader with over 18 years in business and commercial real estate, Trail will bring valuable insights to his role overseeing investment activities at Baltimore-based institutional investment management firm MCB Real Estate.
According to Trail, “It is crucial to have dedicated volunteers who can help drive our organization’s current initiatives forward while also recruiting new talent for long-term success.” He looks forward to collaborating with fellow board members and engaging with other industry leaders as they work towards achieving both short-term goals and long-term objectives.
