**MCB Real Estate Opens The Enolia, a 473-Bed Student Housing Development in Baltimore**
MCB Real Estate recently celebrated the grand opening of The Enolia, a new off-campus student housing complex located at 4529 Harford Road in Baltimore. The $58 million project offers 151 units with a total of 473 beds and sits less than a mile from Morgan State University’s main campus.
“The Enolia is a testament to MCB Real Estate’s commitment to the University and Northeast Baltimore, building on previous successful collaborations such as the redevelopment of Northwood Commons,” said P. David Bramble, Co-founder and Managing Partner of MCB Real Estate.
Each bedroom in the new development includes a private en-suite bathroom. Units are fully furnished and feature modern amenities such as full-size washers and dryers, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
“The Enolia not only expands our housing capacity with modern, high-quality accommodations, but it also pays tribute to a transformative leader in education and civil rights—Enolia McMillan—whose legacy still resonates powerfully across our university and community,” said David K. Wilson, president of Morgan State University.
