McAllen TX: $120M Mixed-Use Development Project Coming Soon

Domain Development has unveiled a $120 million mixed-use development plan for North McAllen, Texas. The District will be an urban environment where residents and patrons can live, work, shop, dine and play – all within a vibrant walkable district. Named after popular shopping districts such as The Domain or The Historic Pearl; the project will feature retail stores from boutique outlets to well-known restaurants offering farm-to-table eateries to gourmet dining experiences.
Shavi Mahtani of Domains said: “The idea is to bring the first true mixed use development to South Texas.”
The District’s completion is planned in four phases with Phase I consisting of retail shells and restaurant space followed by office space then apartments and townhomes. This ambitious project promises something for everyone in North McAllen!
