McAllen TX: $120M Mixed-Use Development Project Coming Soon

Domain Development has announced a $120 million mixed-use development plan for North McAllen, Texas. The District will offer an array of retail shops and restaurants, drawing inspiration from shopping districts such as The Domain or The Historic Pearl. Residents and patrons can expect to find everything from boutique stores to farm-to-table eateries in the vibrant walkable district.

Shavi Mahtani, Domains representative stated “The idea is to bring the first true mixed-use development to South Texas – creating an urban environment where people can live, work, shop dine and play.”
The project will be completed in four phases beginning with retail shells and a restaurant followed by office space then apartments/townhomes.
