McAlister GeoScience, an environmental consulting firm specializing in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and environmental remediation, has announced the acquisition of Orswell & Kasman, Inc. Orswell & Kasman is a highly regarded provider of ASTM-compliant Environmental Records Research Reports, Risk Assessment Reports, Transaction Screen Reports, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2013 by David McAlister, McAlister GeoScience has operational offices in Long Beach and Seattle. With this acquisition, the firm adds a new office in Pasadena as part of its continued growth strategy. The acquisition expands the company’s team to over 21 professionals, enhancing its capabilities in delivering comprehensive environmental assessment, remediation, and data services throughout the Western United States.
The McAlister GeoScience team is composed of experienced professionals skilled in a range of services including soil and groundwater characterization, remediation system design, in situ chemical oxidation, indoor air quality assessment, environmental risk management, and regulatory agency coordination.
