**MCA Realty Acquires San Francisco Multi-Tenant Industrial Property for $11 Million**

MCA Realty, Inc. has acquired a multi-tenant industrial building located at 1555 Burke Avenue in the Bayview/Hunters Point submarket of San Francisco. The property was purchased for $11 million in an off-market transaction from a private investor based in San Francisco. The acquisition was made through MCA Realty’s Industrial Growth Fund II.

The new ownership plans to undertake extensive capital improvements to both the exterior and interior of the property.

“We acquired the project due to the opportunity to improve its value through making strategic improvements and modernizing the asset,” said Tyler Mattox, Principal at MCA Realty. “We believe in the San Francisco industrial market, as it serves as a key hub for innovation-driven commerce and urban logistics, and lacks an abundance of small bay industrial space in the urban core.”

Jim Farris of JMF Capital represented MCA Realty in the transaction, while Karl Hansen of CBRE represented the seller, who remains undisclosed.
