In Maynard, MA, O’Brien Commercial Properties successfully sold 36 Nason St. for $1.4 million. The building holds significance as it was the first location of the Paper Store, which has now grown to over 100 stores and employs more than 3,000 people nationwide.

The buyer of this historic building is Fly By Night Furniture, a company with a large store in Northampton and plans to expand into Maynard. Representing the Paper Store in this transaction was Keith Gurtler from O’Brien Commercial.

Built in 1920, this charming two-story building spans over 11,600 square feet and boasts direct retail frontage along Nason Street – making it an ideal location for any business looking to establish themselves in Maynard’s bustling commercial scene.
