Lincoln Property Company has successfully secured a lease renewal for Cisco at the Mill & Main office campus in Maynard, MA. The lease covers 121,006 square feet and ensures that Cisco will remain the anchor tenant following its acquisition of Acacia Communications in 2021. Acacia Communications has been located at Mill & Main since 2012.
According to Lincoln VP Chris Devaux, this lease was a collaborative effort between ownership and the tenant to maintain continuity for Cisco’s operations and employees who value all of the benefits offered by Mill & Main.
Devaux, along with Tim Latham and James Tambone from Lincoln represented ownership while JLL represented Cisco. Since 2016, Lincoln has provided property management and leasing services for Mill & Main.
The office campus is located just outside of Boston (25 miles northwest) on a sprawling 50-acre site with over one million square feet of creative office space spread across ten buildings. Recently acquired by an affiliate of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc., it offers numerous advantages for its valued tenants.
