Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment firm, has appointed Josh Ein as the first vice president in anticipation of their expansion into the Washington D.C. metro area. With extensive experience in net lease retail across the U.S., particularly in the Mid-Atlantic region, Ein has completed over 170 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion since 2012 and previously served as first vice president of Investments at Marcus & Millichap.
Ein’s mission at Matthews includes growing his business portfolio and recruiting agents for the firm while they prepare to open a new office within D.C.’s metropolitan area come Spring 2024 – marking their inaugural venture into this region of America’s East Coast landscape..
