Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has hired Tim VanWingerden as Associate Vice President in Louisville. Specializing in multifamily investment sales, specifically within Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana, VanWingerden brings a wealth of knowledge to the role.

VanWingerden began his career at Marcus & Millichap where he closed more than $94 million across 993 units during his tenure there. He expressed enthusiasm about joining Matthews: “I’m thrilled to get started using their resources and support to open an office in Louisville while recruiting some of the state’s best agents over the next 12 months! The South/Midwest multifamily market has had remarkable success recently with plenty of opportunity still available.”
