Lennar, a prominent homebuilding company, has been granted approval by the Buckeye planning board to construct a mixed-use development at the intersection of West Southern Avenue and South Watson Blvd. The project, named Ventana Ranch South, will feature a variety of housing options as well as other amenities. This master-planned community aims to provide convenience for both residents and employees with its retail shops, restaurants, and services. Additionally, there will be opportunities for office spaces and light industrial use on approximately 43.9 acres of land.
The team behind this venture includes Lennar Arizona LLC as the owner along with Tiffany & Bosco PA serving as the attorney and Stantec handling civil engineering.
