Mast Capital Unveils Mixed-Use Plans for Tampa Resort Property

Mast Capital has received county approval to redevelop and renovate the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa’s Wesley Chapel neighborhood. In March 2022, Mast Capital partnered with Amzak Capital to acquire the 480-acre property.

The project includes a new mixed-use town center that will add 465 apartments, 25 townhomes, 75,000 square feet of retail and office space as well as a pedestrian promenade. Additionally, there are plans for 120 units of townhome community along with 25,000 square feet of commercial space plus renovation of the resort and golf course.

Founded in 1981; Saddlebrook is home to 500-key condo-hotel resort featuring over 40 tennis courts; six pickleball courts; two Arnold Palmer designed 18 hole golf courses; 100K+ sq ft meeting spaces plus world renowned tennis & golf academy complete with cafes/restaurants full size driving range swimming pool spa pro shops nature reserve classroom space & student dormitories .
