Mast Capital Unveils Mixed-Use Plans for Tampa Resort Property

Mast Capital has received county approval to redevelop and renovate the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa’s Wesley Chapel neighborhood. The firm, partnering with Amzak Capital, acquired the 480-acre property back in March 2022.

The project includes a new mixed-use town center that will feature 465 apartments, 25 townhomes, 75,000 square feet of retail and office space as well as a pedestrian promenade. Additionally there are plans for 120 units of townhome community plus 25 thousand square feet of commercial space along with renovations to the resort and golf course.

Established since 1981 Saddlebrook is currently home to 500 key condo-hotel resort alongside 40 tennis courts , six pickleball courts , two Arnold Palmer designed 18 hole golf courses , over 100 thousand square feet meeting spaces plus world renowned tennis & golf academy . There are also several cafes & restaurants onsite including full size driving range , swimming pool spa facilities plus pro shops for both tennis & golf . Nature reserve classroom spaces student dormitories complete this unique destination .
