IPB, a subsidiary of Bosa Properties, has announced that construction has begun on the first of three towers for their new development called The Motley. This project is located at the site of Midtown’s former dairy factory.
According to a report by Nashville Post, The Motley will be developed in three phases. The first phase will consist of a 26-story residential tower with 326 units and over 14,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level. Additionally, there will be an amenity level featuring a fitness center, dog run, golf simulator and pool.
The remaining two phases include two more residential towers – one standing at 32 stories tall and another whose height is yet to be determined. Once completed,the entire project will offer a total of 1
