"Massive Mixed-Use Village in Bartow County Led by Hines Team Building"

Hines and the Aubrey Corporation have joined forces to develop a new employment center and mixed-use village spanning over 2,390 acres in Bartow County, Georgia. The project will include up to ten million square feet of manufacturing, data center, and logistics facilities as well as various residential properties.

The mixed-use village will feature a variety of shopping and dining options such as a grocery store, national retailers, local restaurants, cafes,and shops surrounding a central green space. Townhomes and apartments will also be available for residents.

The development is expected to take place in multiple phases over the next ten to twelve years. Hines plans on beginning construction on initial infrastructure by late 2025 or 2026. Lee & Associates’ Jim Ramseur and Samantha Wheeler represented the Aubrey Corporation while Ramseur Real Estate Advisors will serve as managing consultant for both commercial and residential parcels moving forward.
