"Massive Mixed-Use Village in Bartow County Led by Hines Team Building"

Hines and the Aubrey Corporation have joined forces to develop a new employment center and mixed-use village spanning over 2,390 acres in Bartow County, Georgia. This expansive project will include up to ten million square feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing, data center, and logistics facilities as well as a variety of shops, restaurants, hotels,and residential properties.

The mixed-use village section of the development plan will feature an array of shopping and dining options such as a grocery store and large national retailers alongside local eateries,boutiques,and cafes centered around a central green space. The residential component will offer townhomesand apartments for residents.

The project is expected to be completed in multiple phases over the next decade or so with Hines planning on breaking ground for initial infrastructure work towards late 2025 or early 2026. Lee & Associates’ Jim Ramseurand Samantha Wheeler represented the Aubrey Corporation while Ramseur Real Estate Advisors has been appointed managing consultant for both commercialand residential parcels involved in this venture.
