"Massive Mixed-Use Village in Bartow County Led by Hines Team Building"

Hines and the Aubrey Corporation have joined forces to develop a new employment center and mixed-use village spanning 2,390 acres in Bartow County, Georgia. This expansive project will include up to ten million square feet of manufacturing, data center, and logistics facilities as well as various residential properties.

The mixed-use village component will offer a diverse range of amenities such as shopping options including a grocery store and national retailers. It will also feature local restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounding a central green space. The residential aspect of the development will consist of townhomes and apartments.

The project is expected to be completed in multiple phases over the next decade or so with Hines planning on breaking ground for initial infrastructure work in late 2025 or 2026. Lee & Associates’ Jim Ramseur and Samantha Wheeler represented the Aubrey Corporation while Ramseur Real Estate Advisors has been appointed managing consultant for both commercial and residential parcels going forward.
