A Las Vegas developer is capitalizing on the potential of the I-11 corridor. This proposed road will eventually facilitate transportation and trade between Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, creating a thriving economic hub.
Recently approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors, this project known as Entrata will feature new shopping centers, dining options, entertainment venues, residential areas and public safety services. It also includes plans for an airstrip.
Spanning over 10 acres near White Hills and Dolan Springs along US Highway 93/Interstate-11 corridor – just 25 miles south of Hoover Dam – Entrata offers convenient access to both urban amenities in Las Vegas Strip (45 minutes away) as well as natural attractions like Lake Mead National Recreation Area. In addition to a large residential component ,the development plan features over 2 million square feet dedicated to industrial manufacturing facilities,a logistics center, and various commercial uses.
