A Las Vegas developer is capitalizing on the potential of the I-11 highway. This proposed route will eventually connect Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, creating a bustling transportation corridor.
Recently approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors, this project – known as Entrata – will feature new shopping centers, dining options, entertainment venues, residential properties and public safety services. It even includes its own airstrip.
Located near White Hills and Dolan Springs on over 10 acres of land along US Highway 93/Interstate-11 corridor (25 miles south of Hoover Dam), Entrata offers easy access to both Phoenix and Las Vegas within a short drive from its location just 45 minutes away from the famous Strip. In addition to an ambitious residential component ,the development plans also include over 2 million square feet for industrial use such as manufacturing facilities or airpark logistics operations in addition to commercial spaces.
