The Lakeside Village project in Flower Mound, led by Realty Capital Management, is making significant progress with the completion of an underground parking lot. This milestone marks a major step forward for the 160-acre development. The $16 million garage is set to be finished in April and will be a key feature of the South Sunset entertainment district within Lakeside Village.
The entertainment district will offer a variety of amenities including restaurants, a public plaza, wedding chapel and trails. The developers have also planned for additional features such as a luxury Marriott hotel, retail spaces, 350 high-end rental residences and an office building spanning four stories as part of their expansion plans for Lakeside’s southern area.
Realty Capital Management has partnered with Swinerton Builders on this project to ensure its success. With over 40 stores and restaurants already established at Lakeside Village along with multifamily units totaling 1,297 units and office space measuring at approximately 165 square feet – it’s clear that this massive undertaking is well underway towards becoming one of Flower Mound’s most sought-after destinations.
