EastVillage, a 425-acre development in Austin, is experiencing steady growth as Reger Holdings secures tenants for its massive space. The project will ultimately include 500,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment spaces; 1.5 million square feet of office space designed for life sciences companies; 2,400 multifamily units; and a nature preserve spanning over 150 acres.
According to the Austin Business Journal’s report on the progress so far, six buildings located around Inovar Circle have been completed. Additionally, several leases have been signed for retail spaces as well as hotel and office spaces.
