Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently facilitated a significant industrial lease of 1.6 million square feet at 701 Central Ave. in University Park, Illinois. The landlord, W.P Carey was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Henrick and Ryan Klink while the undisclosed tenant was represented by Jason West, Lou D’Avanzo and Adam Cooke.

According to Vice Chair Sean Henrick of Cushman & Wakefield,”This is one of the largest lease deals executed under one roof in the Midwest region in recent times.” This deal highlights Chicago’s strong industrial market as an ideal location for distribution purposes.
