**185,000-Square-Foot Maryland Shopping Center Sold for $57.5 Million**

Normandy National Pike, LLC has acquired the Normandy Shopping Center, a five-building commercial property totaling 185,000 square feet of office and retail space, for $57.5 million.

The transaction was facilitated by Owen Rouse, Vice President, and Tom Green, Associate, of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. The duo represented the seller, Normandy Venture, LP, and also procured the buyer.

Located at 8450 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, Maryland, the property spans nearly 25 acres and covers three separate parcels. The shopping center is anchored by well-known tenants including Planet Fitness, Triveni Supermarket, Pinebrook Montessori Childcare, Bank of America, High’s Dairy Store, and Kelsey’s Restaurant.

With more than 45 tenants, the center presents a diverse mix of offerings, including 10 different restaurants serving both American and international cuisine, as well as a variety of retail and professional services. Additionally, the property includes a nearly six-acre undeveloped lot, providing the new owners with future expansion opportunities.
