Maryland Senior Living Residence to Receive $70 Million Investment

In partnership with the Bourne Financial Group, Orlando-based Park Avenue Lifestyle is set to open a 160-unit senior housing residence at James Run, a mixed-use development in Harford County, Maryland. The $70 million project includes memory care facilities, an onsite fitness center and multi-use event spaces as well as outdoor courtyards and dining options. It is estimated that by 2025 James Run will accommodate around 1,500 residents. JEN Partners has already sold approximately 190 single family homes and townhomes while leasing over 25000 square feet of retail space for the development.

Baltimore based Craftsmen Companies are acting as the Development Manager for James Run while MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services serve as exclusive leasing broker for this project.
