PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC, a Delaware-based company specializing in home repairs and replacements, has chosen Melford Town Center in Bowie as its fourth location. The 12,176-square-foot space was leased from St. John Properties with operations planned to start in May 2021. This new Maryland office will employ around 65 workers servicing residential customers throughout central Maryland and the surrounding areas of Washington D.C., Northern Virginia and beyond.
The decision to expand further south into Maryland is based on PJ Fitzpatrick’s past success within the region according to James Freeman CEO of PJ Fitzpatrick: “Establishing a full service location here represents our next natural evolution while providing us with an opportunity for expansion into District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.”
