Two industrial properties in central Maryland have recently been sold for a combined total of $2.9 million. The warehouse property at 145 8th Avenue, NW, Glen Burnie was purchased by C. Wood Trucking LLC for $1.6 million and comprises approximately 5,300 square feet on 1.63 acres of land.
