Hoffman & Associates, a real estate development company based in Washington, DC, has appointed Mary Beth Avedesian as Senior Vice President of Development. With over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the greater Washington DC region with a focus on the Northern Virginia market, Avedesian is well-equipped to manage major projects across the region. These include West Falls in Falls Church which will be the largest development project in the city’s history and 4600 Fairfax Drive multifamily development featuring nearly 500 residences designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
Avedesian expressed her excitement at joining Hoffman & Associates saying “It is an honor to join this talented team whose projects have received both regional and national acclaim” She joins from B.F Saul Company where she served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for many years prior.
