The recently renovated Kansas City Club building, located in the city’s Library District and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is now available for purchase. The four-story, 48,769-square-foot property has been transformed into an upscale event space by Denver-based Epoch Developments LLC since its acquisition in 2015.
According to a report from the Kansas City Business Journal , CBRE’s Adam Tilton and Jack Denzel are representing the building’s new sale listing. While no asking price has been disclosed yet, Jackson County valued the site at $888,300 last year.
Originally built in 1922 and formerly owned by bankrupted Kansas City Club before being purchased for $1.76 million by Epoch Developments LLC five years ago. After undergoing a multi-year renovation project that was completed in 2018 , it now boasts ten event rooms along with bride and groom suites, an industrial kitchen,and a full-service bar.
