Market Baltimore Peninsula Office Space by Cushman & Wakefield

The Baltimore Peninsula development team, led by MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners with investments from Sagamore Ventures and Goldman Sachs Asset Management Urban Investment Group, has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive office leasing agent for the 235-acre mixed-use project. Courtenay Jenkins, Rich Thomas, Matt Melnick and Linn Worthington of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee marketing efforts for 440,000 square feet of office space.

CFG Bank has already leased 97,000 square feet while H. Chambers Company have taken 9,000 square feet in the project which is progressing well with first phase vertical construction nearing completion along with residential leasing having commenced for 416 residences including affordable housing units.

This strategic appointment marks a major milestone in this ambitious development that promises to be an iconic landmark on Baltimore’s waterfront skyline when completed.
