Colliers has hired Mark Hay as Vice President in its Parsippany, New Jersey office. With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including property management and brokerage services, Hay will join Noah Balanoff and Jacquelyn Severino to facilitate transactions of warehouse and distribution facilities. He brings a proven track record with more than $235 million in deal value transacted throughout his career which includes tenant representation, agency sales services and construction management. Prior to joining Colliers he was at KW Commercial where he was also a member of NAIOP.
