RE investment firm Marcus Partners has announced the sale of its Boston Metro Logistics Portfolio for $167 million. The portfolio consists of six warehouse and distribution buildings located in Greater Boston, including 176, 206 and 210 Grove Street in Franklin, 17 Gilmore in Sutton, 1 First Avenue in Peabody, and 57 Littlefield Street in Avon MA.
Marcus Partners assembled the portfolio through various transactions between 2019-2021. Additionally they created a development site by combining land area from two adjacent properties (210 & 176 Grove Street) acquired through separate transactions. CBRE represented the seller while procuring the buyer with a team led by Chris Skeffington Scott Dragos & Roy Sandeman.
