Hunter and McLean Hicklin, senior vice presidents investments at Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property with assistance from Ben Yelm, Broker of Record in North Carolina. Despite challenging economic conditions and inflated renovation costs that hindered recovery of corporate business drivers, this sale was a testament to both the strength and desirability of both Raleigh’s market as well as Hampton’s brand.
The hotel is situated on Spring Forest Road just south Interstate 540 near Triangle Town Center; it was constructed out concrete in 1999 over 2.89 acres offering guests amenities such as a business center for work needs; fitness center for leisure activities; complimentary breakfast bar; plus an outdoor pool area perfect for relaxation or recreation purposes alike.
