Marcus & Millichap has successfully brokered the sale of North Town Storage, a 402-unit self-storage facility located in Fremont, Ohio.
“There continues to be demand for stabilized self-storage facilities across large, medium and tertiary markets,” said Nathan Coe, Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap. “This was a great process that saw multiple competitive offers and ultimately sold to a large, out-of-state owner-operator.”
The brokerage team representing the seller included Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher, and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists based in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office. The team had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Columbus-based ownership group and secured the buyer.
North Town Storage spans 7.46 acres at 523 Adam Street. Built in 1998, the property consists of 332 non-climate-controlled units and 70 outdoor parking spaces, offering a total of 64,400 net rentable square feet. The facility also features a recently added on-site management office.
