Marcus & Millichap has successfully brokered the sale of a net-leased childcare facility occupied by Everbrook Academy in Albertville, Minnesota. The property was sold for $6,096,510.

The deal was facilitated by investment specialists Spencer Berkley, Mark Ruble, Chris Lind, and Zack House from Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, in collaboration with Jon Ruzicka, the firm’s Minnesota broker of record. They held the exclusive listing on behalf of the seller, a Minnesota-based limited liability company.
Located at 6869 Laketowne Place, the 11,758-square-foot property is under a new 15-year triple-net lease with Everbrook Academy, backed by a corporate guarantee from Learning Care Group. Built in 2025, the facility is situated in a growing residential area in Albertville, a suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul.
