**Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3.35M Sale of Arlington Heights Land Site**
Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of an 8.34-acre land parcel located at 2015 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights, Illinois. The property was sold for $3.35 million.
“Arlington Heights is a desirable Chicago suburb with a vibrant downtown and growing appeal as a potential location for a new Chicago Bears stadium and mixed-use entertainment district,” said Richard Kozarits, first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap. “The buyer acted quickly, closing in 90 days, and plans to pursue approvals for a new ground-up development on the site.”
The sale was facilitated by Kozarits along with Eric Bell and Jordan Callaway, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The team exclusively represented the seller, a Trust, and secured the buyer, a national commercial real estate investor and developer.
The site boasts frontage along South Arlington Heights Road and is situated approximately a half mile north of the Interstate 90 interchange. It represents a prime development opportunity in a rapidly evolving suburban market.
