Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of Dryden Apartments, a 100-unit residential property located in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, and Andrean Angelov, senior vice president—both investment specialists from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office—held the exclusive listing and facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer, also a private investor, was procured through their efforts.
Dryden Apartments spans 1.72 acres at 1-21 North Dryden Place. Originally built in 1960, the 70,681-square-foot complex comprises 48 one-bedroom units, 48 two-bedroom units, and four office spaces. The property is situated just one mile from downtown Arlington Heights and the Metra station, with convenient access to Interstate 290. It is approximately 27 miles northwest of downtown Chicago.
