### Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale-Leaseback of Michigan Medical Office

**Rochester Hills, MI** – Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale-leaseback of a 9,231-square-foot medical office property leased to Stonebrooke Family Physicians in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

“The Stonebrooke Family Physicians property was highly attractive to investors due to its long-term lease, the quality of the practice, and its strategic location in Rochester Hills,” said Seth Haron, first vice president of investments. “The building was recently updated, features state-of-the-art facilities, and is easily accessible for patients with quick access to M-59 and I-75.”

Haron, along with investment specialists Darin Gross and Ashish Vakhariya from Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, held the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer.

The medical office building, situated on 0.93 acres at 2940 Crooks Road, was built in 2005. It comprises 7,431 square feet of clinical space on the first floor and 1,800 square feet designated for administrative use on the lower level.
