Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a 6,640-square foot net lease DaVita property located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The asset was sold for $1.58 million to an out-of-state buyer after being under contract for 63 days. Da Vita is a provider of dialysis services and integrated health care management services.
Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko as well as Associate Daniel Chumbley from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office represented the seller, a limited liability company while Michael Glass served as Broker of Record in Ohio to assist with closing this transaction.
