Located at 11 Forest Street, the 15,312 square foot property features three stories with 16 one-bedroom/one-bath units measuring 957 square feet each.
Eric Pentore, Westley Klockner, Steven J. Siegel, Ross Friedel and Phil Biancavilla from Marcus & Millichap represented both seller and buyer in this transaction.
