The sale of Parkside Court Apartments in Framingham, MA for $6.2 million has recently been finalized. The identities of the buyer and seller have not been disclosed.
Marcus & Millichap’s Evan Griffith, Tony Pepdjonovic, and Jeremy Buckley were responsible for marketing the property on behalf of the seller and successfully securing a buyer.
This multifamily complex is situated at 301 Grant St., boasting 30 units with spacious 1-bedroom layouts spanning over a total area of 20,360 square feet. According to Pepdjonovic, half of the units have already undergone renovations which serve as evidence that investors can easily increase rents to meet market standards at this location.
