Marcus & Millichap, a leading real estate investment firm, recently announced the successful sale of a newly constructed net-leased property in Somers, Wisconsin. The 2,361-square-foot asset was sold for $2.35 million.
Nicholas Kanich, First Vice President of Investments and Director of the Net Lease Properties Group at Marcus & Millichap’s downtown Chicago office expertly marketed the property on behalf of the seller – a development group based in Wisconsin. Todd Lindblom also played an integral role as Wisconsin Broker of Record in facilitating this transaction.
According to Kanich: “This highly sought-after property garnered significant interest within just weeks due to its prime location near major retail outlets and its long-term lease with a top QSR tenant.” Ultimately it was acquired by an out-of-state buyer from Minnesota who utilized funds from their 1031 exchange for this purchase.
The Chipotle establishment is situated at 3671 Market Lane and boasts excellent visibility with over 55,700 vehicles passing by daily thanks to its strategic placement next to Walmart Supercenter.
This recent deal marks another success story for Marcus & Millichap’s impressive track record in commercial real estate transactions across various markets nationwide.
