Marty Zupancic and Ryan Murray from Marcus & Millichap’s Washington D.C. office were responsible for marketing the 48-unit apartment complex on behalf of RGB Holding, LLC and finding a buyer in Lloyd Grosklags’ Crain Flats Owner, LLC. “We are grateful to our partners at RGB Holding and believe that the new owner’s plans to enhance the property will greatly benefit both residents and the community,” said Zupancic.
