Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of West Side Apartments, a 48-unit multifamily property located in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Whiteside, an investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s Milwaukee office, held the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Mautson 80, LLC. He also secured the buyer, Greenfeather Twenty-Eight, LLC.
