The Hudson River Hotel, a 56-room high-rise hotel in Midtown, has recently been sold for $18.2 million. The property was exclusively marketed by Jerry Swon, Robert Hunter, and Leo Reilly from Marcus & Millichap on behalf of the seller and successfully secured the buyer – Hudson West Hospitality.

This boutique hotel spans over 20,344 square feet with 15 floors and is ideally situated at 442 W 36th St., near popular attractions such as Hudson Yards, Times Square, the Empire State Building,Central Park,andthe High Line. According to Swon,”Despite being on the market multiple times in recent years,the offers generated did not result in a sale.”

Marcus & Millichap facilitated this impressive transaction of The Hudson River Hotel without mentioning “Connect” or any other related terms such as “Connect CRE”, “Connect LA”, or “Connect Texas”.
