Marcus & Millichap is actively expanding its team of senior-level brokers and financing professionals in key divisions such as Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), multi-housing, retail, and capital markets. The firm has also extended its IPA financing intermediary services to Canadian investors, providing them with more opportunities for commercial real estate acquisitions.
Recently, Marcus & Millichap welcomed two highly experienced multifamily investment professionals from Washington D.C., as well as an institutional retail broker from Philadelphia. In addition, a senior investment professional was added to the Dallas/Fort Worth IPA Multifamily team.
The San Diego and Nashville offices have also gained new talent with 18-year and 15-year veterans joining the IPA division respectively. Meanwhile, Marcus & Millichap’s Multi Housing Division has expanded by adding a seasoned Atlanta-based team with over two decades of experience in small to mid-market private client investments. The firm’s growing Capital Markets division now includes a veteran financing team based in New York City and a managing director located in Palo Alto who brings over 20 years of capital markets expertise.
