Marcus & Millichap is actively expanding its team of senior brokers and financing professionals in key divisions such as Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), multi-housing, retail, and capital markets. The firm has also broadened its IPA financing intermediary services to include Canadian investors, providing them with more opportunities for commercial real estate acquisitions.
Recently, Marcus & Millichap welcomed two highly experienced multifamily investment professionals from Washington D.C., as well as an institutional retail broker from Philadelphia. In addition to these hires, the Dallas/Fort Worth IPA Multifamily team has added a seasoned investment professional.
The San Diego and Nashville offices have also gained valuable talent with the addition of 18-year and 15-year veterans in multifamily investments through IPA. Furthermore, Marcus & Millichap’s Multi Housing Division now includes a new Atlanta-based team with over two decades of experience working on private client investments in small to mid-market properties. And finally,the growing Capital Markets division at MMI has expanded its roster by hiring a veteran financing team based out of New York City along with a managing director located in Palo Alto who brings twenty years’ worth of capital markets expertise.
