Marcus & Millichap recently finalized the sale of Fairview Plaza, a four-unit apartment complex situated in the highly sought-after area of Los Gatos. The property was sold for $2,100,000 at $525,000 per unit. The buyer’s identity has not been disclosed.
Senior Managing Director Investments Michael Henshaw from Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office represented the seller – a developer – and marketed the property to potential buyers. According to Henshaw, there were multiple offers due to its prime location and attractive curb appeal within Los Gatos-Los Gatos School District.
Fairview Plaza is located at 95 Fairview Plaza in Los Gatos and was built in 1892. This well-positioned fourplex spans over 0.19 acres with rentable space totaling 2,689 square feet and is adjacent to a small park. Its convenient proximity provides tenants with easy access to Downtown Los Gatos as well as Silicon Valley.
