Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of two multifamily properties located in El Cajon, a popular suburb of San Diego. The larger transaction involved the 24-unit property at 458 Ballantyne St., which sold for $6 million.
Graeme Henderson, senior investment associate at Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, exclusively represented the seller – a family trust. The buyer, 7 Mendridge LLC, was also procured by Henderson.
In addition to this sale, Henderson also facilitated the transaction for another multifamily asset located at 121 E. Renette Ave., which consists of ten units and sold for $2.73 million.
Henderson represented both parties in this deal as well – with him representing the seller (another family trust) and procuring El Cajon Hills LLC as the buyer.
