Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of a 39,096-square-foot industrial property located at 6822 Oak Hall Lane in Columbia, Maryland. The property was acquired for $7.75 million.
Fully leased at the time of sale, the transaction was executed in collaboration with Lee & Associates. Bob Filley, Senior Vice President Investments at Marcus & Millichap, emphasized the importance of regional brokerage relationships in achieving the strong sale result. “As investment sales specialists, we have formed great partnerships with other brokerage firms in the region,” said Filley. “Achieving a strong price per square foot highlights investor confidence in well-located, versatile assets like this one, especially as ownership continues to target retail-oriented tenancy.”
Filley, along with Arvin Gholamrezae, an investment specialist based in Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C., and Baltimore offices, represented the seller and secured the buyer—both private investors.

Features include both dock and drive-in loading capabilities. Its strategic location near Route 32, I-95, and Route 29 provides convenient access to the Baltimore-Washington corridor and surrounding areas.
